Who are our stakeholders?
Stakeholders are individuals (or groups) that can either impact the success and execution of a product or are impacted by a product.
Upstream stakeholders:
Those who must contribute to or approve of the activities required to design, build, and bring the product to market.
- Leadership
- Program managers
- Community managers
- Champion at partnering agencies (other NGO’s, Government, etc.)
- Champion at partner employers (CHRO/COO)
Downstream stakeholders:
Those who use the product, as well as those who must support, and market it.
- Youth from low-income families (remote students)
- Resident students
- Mentors that are willing to impart skills (in India)
- Admissions team
- Pedagogy team
- Facilities team
- Finance team
- Core volunteers
- Extended FOSS community (technologists, designers, product managers, content writers)
