Sign up on Slack, share a brief introduction, let us know if you are a Facilitator/ Moderator and the language you are comfortable teaching in English/ Hindi/ Both on #general
This will help our Backend team, add you to the respective Meraki Groups.
Step 3
Class Structure
- Workshops - 1 to 1.5 hours - New Topics will be taught
- Doubt Classes - 1 to 1.5 hours - Old Topics will be revised and will focus on doubt solving
Weekly Framework
- 2 Workshops every week by Facilitators, for a maximum of 1 hour each
- 4 Doubt clearing classes every week for a maximum of 1 hour
- Each student shall attend 2 masterclasses and 2 doubt classes in a week, making it a total of 6 hours class every week

💡 In a few weeks' time, multiple classes shall run throughout the day giving the student an opportunity to redo classes as well, if they wish to revise or learn something again. You can reassure students that more classes will be conducted in case they miss out on any particular class.

- Workshop Facilitators can refer to the schedule, nomenclature, make their own schedule and create classes on Meraki.
- Volunteers can assign tasks and homework to students
- Classes will be held on Google meet
- Meraki android application will be the medium to communicate with students
- Classes will happen in Hindi and English. It will depend on the language preference of students.
